Dearly beloved in Christ,
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ
I praise God for this time to greet all of you
through this newsletter of our parish. Let us
thank God for bringing us safely to the elev-
enth month of this year.
I encourage all of you to participate in the
worship service regularly. I encourage all
youth to participate and elders to give creative
support to our young people at the praise and
worship service from 9- 9.30 every Sunday.
On November 6
th
our Church observes Sunday School Day. Sunday
School is the most important Organization of the Church. It is meant for
Christian Education where we pass on our faith to the upcoming genera-
tion. I appreciate our Sunday School activities and request all parish mem-
bers to encourage our Sunday school events.
In the month of November, we elect the office bearers and committee
members of all the organizations and parish for the year 2023. I encourage
all of you for your prayerful participation in the activities of your respec-
tive organization and the Parish.
Let us all try to be instrumental to increase our fellowship at our parish in
various ways. I encourage you all to participate in the activities of the par-
ish to become a welcoming community.
We are celebrating Thanksgiving on Thursday November 24th. We will
have special Holy Communion Service on that day at 9.30 AM in English
to encourage the participation of all our youths and children. Let us all
remember the marvelous ways by which we were led, protected and cared
for. Thanksgiving Lunch will be provided after the Service
May God help us to experience His presence through our worship and fel-
lowship and thus participate in the mission of God.

Youth Chaplain’s Message
Dearly beloved in Christ,
This month’s leconary themes are reminding us
reminding us of many events. One is that we cele-
brate World Sunday School Day. Let us thank God
for the ministry of Sunday School. Especially this
year, the opportunity for our church to finally have
it in person. For our children to learn more about
the Word of God, as well as equip them to follow
God throughout their life. Our challenge should be
to not enable only one hour per week of Sunday School, but even in everyday life,
we should teach the children how to live to love and fear God. Our children are
watching and listening to us, they learn from us more than we verbally teach
them. Let us live out the Sunday School experience all throughout our lives.
We are also preparing ourselves in the celebraon of Christmas through com-
memorang the annunciaons to Zachariah and the Virgin Mary, as well as the
sharing of the Good News through the blessed visitaon of Mary to Elizabeth. Let
us remind ourselves through meditang this month that the coming of our Savior
is the inslling of the Hope God gives us that He will NEVER leave us. Let us con-
nue to put our trust and hope in Him. Let us be thankful that we exist in this
world and also be thankful in all the circumstances that come our way because
God chose for us to exist because He loves us uncondionally.
This month as the North-East Regional Youth Fellowship, we will have our Fall
One Day Conference at St. John’s Mar Thoma Church on November 26th. The
main speaker is Mr. Jusn Babu encourage all our youths to aend the confer-
ence.
On December 10th at 10AM NERYF will be having a mental health workshop at
the St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church. Dr. Shiby Abraham and Mrs. Betsy Chacko
will lead the workshop. I encourage all to parcipate.

OBITUARIES
Our former member Mr. T. T. Ninan, brother of our member
Mr. T P Jacob, 1 Duke Dr, Manhassett Hills, NY
11040 went to be with the Lord on October 3, 2022 at the
age of 80. Funeral services wee held at Long Island Mar
Thoma Church on October 7, 2022 and interment at Mel-
ville Cemetery , Melville, NY.
Mr. Mathew T Mathew brother in law of our Member Mr.
K C Thomas (husband of his sister Mrs. Mariamma
Mathew) went to be with the Lord on October 24, 2022.
Funeral Services were held on October 29th at St Gregorios
Orthodox Church, 50 Ludlow St Yonkers and interment
thereafter at Mount Hope Cemetery in Hastings on Hudson
Mr. T. J. Thomas (79), father of our member Mrs. Juby Alex
(w/o Dr. Santosh M Alex) 23 Linda lane, Yonkers, NY
10710) went to be with Lord on 10/27/2022 at Thuruthikara,
Kerala. India. Funeral were held on October 30th at St.
Thomas Marthoma Church, Thuruthikara, Kerala, India.
Mrs. Molly Thomas, sister in law of our member Mr T P
Jacob (wife of his brother Mr. K Thomas) went to be with
the Lord on October 27, 2022 and funeral services were
held on Saturday October 29, 2022 at Fairview Memorial
Gardens Florida.
Mr. P. C. Varghes (92), brother of our member Mr. P. C.
Chacko, Parapuzha house, Kayiyoor, Thiruvalla, went to
be with Lord in Kerala, India. Funeral services were held
on November 3
